Mogo built the Mogo app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Mogo at no cost and is intended for use as is.

company, Mogo provides quick and easy payment plans, offering a wide range of products from
various retailers. Control your cash flow with Mogo – buy now, pay later, and enjoy a seamless,
hassle-free shopping experience.

Tap “Sign Up” in the app, enter your details, and follow the instructions to complete your
registration.

You’ll need to provide personal details, such as your phone number, a valid ID, and any other required documents.

Update your phone number in the “More” section, then select “Requests” and you will find
“change mobile no.” then follow the steps to change the number.

After downloading the application from the store, follow these steps:

  • Click on”Create a new account.”
  • Enter the required information.
  • Visit the nearest activation point, which is displayed in the application.
    If you need additional help, please contact our support team for assistance.

For support, go to the “Help” section in the app or contact Mogo via the website or call us at
17040.

If you’ve forgotten your password, select “More” then “Settings” then “Change password”  and
follow the steps to reset it using a verification code sent to your phone.

Tap “Resend Code” and check your phone again. Ensure your contact information is correct and try again.

To check your payment status, visit the “More” section in the app, then select “Wallet”. Here,
you can view the history of your payments, including the Remaining limit, Total limit, Total
used, as well as your due payments.
